What do you do at BI:PROCSI?

This varies from day to day, but as a Platform Engineer, I predominantly architect, build, and maintain infrastructure solutions for our clients. I also work to ensure that both clients and our own security, reliability, and tooling costs are operating at maximum efficiency.

What do you enjoy most about working at BI:PROCSI?

I enjoy the variety of my work and really value the interesting and talented people I get to work with here at BI:PROCSI.

What made you choose BI:PROCSI over other companies you were considering?

BI:PROCSI puts a great emphasis on genuinely caring about their people and doing the right thing. That to me is invaluable, as compassion costs nothing, but is rare in businesses these days.

What skills or experiences have you gained since joining the company?

I've furthered both my technical and soft skills through leading architecture designs and hosting drop in sessions to further our teams understanding on cloud development.

How would you describe the company's culture and values?

The culture is very much one of teamwork, building each-other up, appreciation for others and a high degree of trust to get the job done right.

Measure twice, cut once... (good advice there...)

Every day is an opportunity to enhance your own knowledge and also share your experience with others, so don't hold back and get stuck in!

I'm currently learning Norwegian!
