What do you do at BI:PROCSI?
I'm a BDR at BI:PROCSI. So my role is to find organisations facing problems hindering their growth and make them aware of how they can leverage their data and technology to overcome any business pains.
What do you enjoy most about working here?
I'm a huge fan of the social events we do. It's nice to get to speak to the team when work is off our minds. (we do love a good social event...)
What would you say sets this company apart from others you've worked for?
The culture of growth. The senior leadership team have worked hard to ensure that we work in an environment that supports growth for the entire team.
How would you describe the company culture?
As well as being supportive of individual growth, the culture at BI:PROCSI is easygoing. With such a diverse team, you are exposed to a wide range of goals and values, so it's a really interesting environment to be in.
How would you describe the work-life balance at this company?
The work-life balance here, in my opinion, is perfect. It's clear when you should be online and offline, but it's understood if you want to work a bit longer because you're in the flow or packing out an idea.
What kind of opportunities for growth and development have you had while working here?
There is a very clearly laid out progression plan that allows me to grow within the company; I know what's expected of me, and I can talk openly about it to our senior team. On top of that, there's effectively an uncapped budget for personal development that we can all dip into as we please.
How would you describe the management style?
The management style is refreshing. The manager in my team, for example, has a wealth of experience, so can set very clear goals and strategies, but they are also open to hearing new ideas and incorporating them.
What kind of benefits and perks does the company offer that you appreciate?
My top benefit is the option to work from home. As much as it is great to be around the team and work in a place as cool as Canary Wharf, I also really value time with my family. So being able to close my laptop and instantly go out for a dog walk or go out for date night with my fiancé without a commute taking time out of my evening, is amazing.
How would you describe the team dynamics and collaboration within the company?
Our team are all very supportive and friendly with each other. You're never made to feel like you have a 'stupid question' (as a salesperson speaking to the technical team, you can imagine how many of my questions I think are stupid); they're really supportive and really keen to solve problems for each other.
When you are not closing deals for BI:PROCSI, what do you do for fun?
Outside of work, I like to try and get outside as much as possible, I run, go on hikes, and take our dog Blue out for a walk. But I also like to relax at home, watch the office, and watch (or play) F1 with the lads.
