What do you do at BI:PROCSI?

I joined BI:PROCSI 10 weeks ago as a BDR. My role is to generate new business opportunities for BI:PROCSI. Typically finding organisations that may be facing challenges with their data, identifying key pain points and helping them to overcome those issues to start delivering real value for their stakeholders. We help our customers mitigate risk, massively reduce and control costs, and accelerate initiatives.

What do you enjoy most about working here?

I love the multicultural setting and the amazing supportive environment. I have colleagues from 9 different nationalities! What an amazing place to be! But what I enjoy the most, is the work hard/play hard culture. We have a lot of autonomy and flexibility in our day, but at the same time, we are willing to go the extra mile for our company, and our customers are absolutely at the heart of what we do.

What would you say sets this company apart from others you've worked for?

The way we turn around projects! Our agile culture allows the organisation to deliver faster than others without going through tens of gates to make decisions. This makes us efficient and, in time, creates a sense of achievement and a feeling of a job well done.

How would you describe the company culture?

You are not a number at BI:PROCSI. Individuals are valued for their contributions. As well as being supportive of individual growth, the culture at BI:PROCSI is fun, honest and open.

How would you describe the work-life balance at this company?

Work-life balance is great at BI:PROCSI. I am naturally an early riser, so I like to check my emails and get some work done first thing in the mornings, but that then allows me the flexibility to be around for my children and do the school and tennis runs. I love the remote-first nature of the business!

What kind of opportunities for growth and development have you had while working here?

I love the fact that we count on an uncapped budget for training and personal development. We have PDPs in place and understand our strengths and what we need to work on. I know what is expected of me and what we are trying to achieve as a company, the progression path is clear. I can’t wait to see what the future holds for me at BI:PROCSI

How would you describe the management style?

The management style at BI:PROCSI is very different to those I have experienced in the past in other organisations. There is a great blend of visionary and transformational management. Our leaders focus on inspiring and empowering us to achieve our common goals. They are also very knowledgeable of our industry and are open to new ideas and to try different things.

What kind of benefits and perks does the company offer that you appreciate?

Getting your birthday off is great! even if it falls on a weekend, you get a working day off! I also think private health insurance is a great benefit. And I have heard that our team events are amazing!! I am really looking forward to some bonding and spending out-of-work time with the team! We are going F1 Racing tomorrow!! I can’t wait!

How would you describe the team dynamics and collaboration within the company?

Collaboration is great at BI:PROCSI. It feels like one big family pulling in the same direction. The vision is clear, and we all work together towards that common goal. If mistakes happen, they quickly get corrected, and there is a no-blame culture.

When you are not doing deals for BI:PROCSI, what do you do for fun?

I tend to be really active. It sets me up for the day, I tend to run 10Kms 3-4 times a week and try to play Padel tennis as much as I possibly can. I love spending time with my children (mostly taking them to tennis tournaments pretty much every weekend).

I also love travelling! I take every opportunity I get to visit a new country. I enjoy learning about different cultures and trying different foods.

I really like salsa dancing too…I don’t get to do it as much, though but it is something I would like to get back to! It really connects me to my roots!

I am really happy at BI:PROCSI! I love the challenges and the opportunities. I am learning more and more every day. As we continue to scale, joining us is an exciting time.
