I specialise in scalable BI solutions that connect technical systems with business strategy. My work covers everything from semantic model design, to data migration and BI reporting enhancements. My team is focused on making sure client data delivers value and is ready for AI-powered analytics.
How did you get started in your current role?
I come from an analytics background but was always drawn to full product ownership - not just analysing, but building data solutions designed to work long-term. The more projects I worked on across industries, the more I saw companies facing similar challenges, even when surrounded by huge amounts of quality data. I wanted to get involved in building systems that approach these problems critically, not just temporarily patch them.
What do you enjoy most about working at BI:PROCSI?
It’s the balance of ownership and challenge. We cut through the noise, focus on real-life solutions, and aren’t afraid to be direct with clients and each other. It’s rare to find a consultancy that values substance over buzzwords.
How does BI:PROCSI support employee work-life balance?
The trust and support from leadership is always there. I’ve been able to balance client work with constant learning and cross-training without getting locked into one technology stack or narrow career path.
What opportunities in the company are you excited to explore next?
AI integration into BI solutions is accelerating fast. I'm excited to keep leaning into AI-readiness, governance, and advanced data product design. BI:PROCSI delivers at a level that matches or beats most in-house product teams and I’m proud to be part of it.
What made you choose BI:PROCSI over other companies you were considering?
Ownership, ambition, and variety. Every project gives me full exposure across industries, technologies, and client cultures, and that constant learning keeps things interesting.
Do you have any hobbies or passions outside of work?
I love a decent hike. And after a long break, I’ve picked up the saxophone again, though the endless requests for 'Baker Street' and 'Careless Whisper' sometimes make me question that decision.
