Can you tell us about your role at BI:PROCSI? What will you be focusing on as a Delivery Manager?

As Delivery Manager for BI:PROCSI my role will be to ensure that projects are delivered smoothly, on time and aligned to client goals. I'll be responsible for coordinating cross functional teams, removing blockers and ensuring delivery is measurable and conducted in the most efficient way. My initial focus will be building strong client relationships and those with my colleagues and more longer term on scaling delivery practices.

Can you share your career journey and experience in project and delivery management that led you to this role?

After graduating with an economics degree, I sort of fell into project work and found that I thrived on it! I started my career in projects in staffing and logistics and then making a pivot to tech and the AI space, a pivot which I absolutely loved! Working with a range of clients in supporting the development of their AI and data needs became something I was really passionate about.

What were the key factors that made you choose to join BI:PROCSI?

I have always preferred working for smaller organisations as the pace is a lot faster so BI:PROCSI was a perfect choice. And as an organisation they are at a really exciting place in their growth journey, that point of really scaling up which is such an exciting time to join an organisation and one of the key reasons I chose to join!

Finally, when you’re not driving successful projects and coordinating teams, what do you enjoy doing in your free time?

Im a horse girly so a lot of my free time is spent with my horses, I am a trained equine therapist too and volunteer with organisations that use equine therapy for supporting kids with learning difficulties. I also spend time volunteering with a number of other charities in London that support combating homelessness in the UK.
