What do you do at BI:PROCSI?

My role in BIPROCSI is to oversee delivery and ensure our clients receive a first-class experience and high-quality solutions that seamlessly fit their business needs.

How did you find the onboarding experience with BI:PROCSI?

The onboarding experience is second to none! I’ve been in the work environment for a fair while now, to me the one thing that stood out how organised and structured the whole process is.

Were there any aspects that stood out as particularly positive or challenging?

With remote working a core element of our working culture I was a little apprehensive about the time it’d take to generate impact. This was completely unfounded and the remote working principles we follow made me feel really connected to the team.

What were the main reasons you chose to join BI:PROCSI?

BIPROCSI are at the forefront of simplifying challenging data solutions, it was clear from the very first conversations this company knows how to help organisations deal with complex challenges at lightning speed. The prospect to work with likeminded people using the latest cloud technologies to achieve great outcomes was too good of an opportunity to turn down.

What do you enjoy most about working here?

The integrity stands out and is central to our way of working. Having a clear objective orientated approach with no egos attached fuels a sense of satisfaction every day. This really is an essential component that helps us deliver on customer expectations.

What would you say sets this company apart from others you've worked for?

I mentioned remote working before, but it really is remarkable how successfully BIPROCSI have integrated this practice. I had the privilege of working with some great teams and office working environments in the past, to achieve the same (and in a lot of ways better) atmosphere with a remote first principle is pretty unique.

Can you share any advice for individuals who are considering joining BI:PROCSI?

Have passion for what you do, embrace working on wide range of challenges and be prepared to enjoy working in a team that really strives to achieve being the best it can be.

Finally, when you're not managing our amazing customer base, what do you like to do for fun?

Outside of work I enjoy my family time, walking my dog alongside supporting my football team.
